Something unique will take place in at New York City's Empire State Building. According to the Associated Press, the iconic skyscraper is splitting its tower lights Tuesday night between red for Republican candidate John McCain, and blue for Democrat Barack Obama. It's part of an unprecedented four nights of election-themed lighting.
The plans call for featuring the winner's color Wednesday night, provided the race is resolved. If not, the red-blue divide will remain.
