3:17PM EST: TRAFFIC ALERT!

3:07PM EST: Chaverim of NYC has alerted YWN to advise people to avoid the Palisades Interstate Parkway (Monsey to NYC route) at all cost. Their 24hr Hotline is getting swamped with callers stating that they are stuck in standstill traffic going both directions (North & South).

There are reports of multiple motor vehicle accidents across the region, and many roads that were plowed were quickly covered by the falling snow.

If you must drive, YWN reminds you to please use extreme caution on the roads, say Tefillas Haderech, and remember to always wear a seat-belt.
