Many were present, including prominent rabbonim, senior IDF commanders, and of course, family and friends. The scene was indeed a touching one, for the participants danced with the baby, Amichai, and all present felt the powerful emotions, the strength drawn from unprecedented achdus seen among Am Yisrael today.

Among those who held Amichai were Dr. Miki Sharaf, Soroka Hospitals director-general, and Dr. Moti Klein, who heads ICU medicine and the leader of the team treating Dvir. (Yechiel Spira YWN Israel)
