4:30PM IL: Voter Turnout in Israel Almost 42 Percent

Officials report that voter turnout as of 4:30pm has reached 41.9%, but there is concern regarding the usual heavy flow of voters that generally follows the end of the workday due to inclement weather. In the last election, the voter turnout at this time was 39%.

In Jerusalem, heavy winds are pushing the badly-needed rain, a good sign for Eretz Yisrael but regarding the major political parties, it is cause for concern. The winter storm is expected to blanket the entire country as nightfall sets in. Polling stations are scheduled to close at 10:00PM.
