11:00AM IL: Yisrael Beitenu leader Avigdor Lieberman a short time ago met with President Shimon Peres and recommended the presidential mandate to form a government should be given to Likud leader Binyamin Netanyahu, with one major stipulation, that he form a "broad-based government?.
Lieberman explained that while he remains opposed to a coalition that includes a rotating prime minister, as many suggest, he will not join a Likud-led government that does not include the Kadima Party. He stated that government must include the three major parties, Likud, Kadima and Yisrael Beitenu. (Yechiel Spira YWN Israel)
