They are looking for a 28-year-old�"down syndrome" female who responds to the name Rivky, and was last seen inside Macy's�at 34th Street & Broadway in Manhattan at 4:00PM EST.
She is 5'4, 135 pounds, black hair and brown eyes, and is wearing a grey jacket, & black skirt.
