Lahav (in memory of Rebbetzin Zahava Braunstein) is changing the face of Am Yisrael with a revolutionary initiative to teach Taharas HaMishpacha to tens of thousands of non-observant brides and grooms in Eretz Yisrael. Lahav runs a program through which the local Rabbinate in various cities sends brides and grooms to Lahav to learn about Jewish marriage. Over the last few years, thousands of brides and grooms have received a life-changing experience which has opened their eyes to the beauty of their heritage.
The economic crisis, unfortunately, has been taking its toll on many organizations, and Lahav now faces the prospect of having to stop operations in several cities, depriving thousands of young Jews of their best and possibly only chance of finding out what their own religion has to offer them.
