13:24PM IL: A tractor attack is being reported at Patt Junction in Jerusalem.
According to preliminary reports, the tractor struck an empty bus. It appears two policemen have been injured, not seriously. Unconfirmed but reliable reports the terrorist has been shot, apparently eliminated.
