Help Israel's heroes save lives.

Some people have the skills to save a life. But few have what it takes to do it when their own life is at risk.
MDA Paramedic Sarah Cascella needed to don a flak jacket while treating a rocket-attack victim under fire during Operation Protective Edge. MDA Paramedic Sarah Cascella needed to don a flak jacket while treating a rocket-attack victim under fire during Operation Protective Edge.
When Hamas mortars fell this summer in Israel, paramedic Sarah Cascella didn't have the luxury of taking to the bomb shelters. Instead, she risked her own life to treat the injured while mortars continued to fall around them. Sarah knew the risks, but she rushed into the line of fire anyway. "If I run away," she says, "people die." Make a gift today to help MDA paramedics like Sarah Cascella save more lives in Israel.
