The Connections Program for Spiritual and Psychological Development

Do you wish you had more spirituality in your life?

Do you worry excessively about the future?

Are you feeling overly stressed out?

If the answer to any of these questions is YES, you may be an appropriate candidate for the Connections Program!

The Connections Program focuses on incorporating concrete tools into our daily lives to increase connection between body and soul, with others, and with God. Created by Harvard psychologist Dr. David Rosmarin and Rabbi Lawrence Kelemen, it is a dynamic and practical workshop to help individuals cope with daily life stressors and experience increased spiritual growth.

The program will run weekly from October 14th to December 30th and will meet on Wednesday evenings at 7:30 p.m. in our Brooklyn location (3692 Bedford Avenue); remote participation by live webinar is also available. To learn more about the Connections Program, or for a FREE recording of an information session outlining the details, goals, and structure of the program, please contact us at info@centerforanxiety.org 646-837-5557 x1.
